Throughout my career I have purposely cultivated wide and deep from a curiosity and belief perspective that for-profit enterprise can be a fundamental change agent.
With depth of experience leading multi-discipline teams at agencies, startups, nonprofits and on the client side, I’ve learned that cultivating openness, authenticity, personal excellence and a shared vision is the best way forward.
Working with many Fortune 500 clients and well-known brands, I’ve led break through creative on the global stage for Lippincott, CBX Worldwide, Gensler, Donovan/Green and Estee Lauder.
In the scope of these roles: insights, storytelling, and design have always been primary to shaping exceptional results from a well-researched and thoughtfully defined problem statement, along with ‘How might we?’
My process includes analyzing myriad data sets to illuminate every angle, identifying needed research, and merging diverse stakeholders through a design thinking or strategic foresight format to inspire blue sky possibilities and insights.
I also help bring dimension to existing strategies through hands on creative asset generation/ideation: 360 brand ecosystem iteration, brand personality-world building, marketing campaign asset development across platforms, positioning iterations for focus-group testing, target audience experiential stimuli, etc.
In this way, I am equipped to help develop the creative brief or guide its fulfillment, with natural fit roles including: brand strategist, co-creative strategist, creative director, cx/integrated marketing director or client thought partner.
